Lynsi Snyder is president and owner of In-N-Out Burger, which her grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, founded in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948. To this day, the business remains privately owned and operated. Lynsi is passionate about maintaining In-N-Out’s focus on quality and service, including caring for the well-being of the company’s more than 45,000 Associates. Lynsi also leads In-N-Out philanthropic efforts: the In-N-Out Burger ® Foundation, the Slave 2 Nothing ® Foundation and HIS Eyes ™ Foundation. She is also author of “The Ins-N-Outs of In-N-Out Burger: The Inside Story of California’s First Drive-Thru and How It Became a Beloved Cultural Icon.” With God on the throne of her heart, Lynsi is a devoted wife and proud mother of four beautiful children.

Barry Meguiar is the third-generation President of Meguiar’s car wax who grew Meguiar’s into the number one car wax in America, the Founder and President of IgniteAmerica, the host of, Ignite Your Life Television, the Ignite with Barry Meguiar podcast, and Ignite with Barry Meguiar one-minute inspiration radio features that air daily on over 1,000 Christian radio stations. For over 18 years, his Car Crazy TV show aired on multiple networks, including Discovery Networks globally.

His honors in the Christian world include Layman of the Year for Point Loma Nazarene University, Layman of the Year for the General Council of the Assemblies of God, the Billy Graham Award by the National Religious Broadcasters Association, Moody Theological Seminary’s 1886 Legacy Award, and an honorary doctorate from Northwest University. Barry’s book, Ignite Your Life, also has hit Amazon’s “Best Seller” list.

Barry and his wife Karen have been married for 60 years, live in Paradise Valley, Arizona, are active in many ministries, and live their lives to move everyone, every day, closer to Jesus.
